How do you meet social distancing measures?
We run a drive-thru service. All customers must remain in their cars whilst waiting for their hand sanitiser to be refilled. This keeps others and our team safe.
Can I make multiple trips with the same bottle?
We are requesting that customers make one trip for all the sanitiser they need. Due to high demand, it would be very hard for our team to keep track of everyone who came back to refill the same container multiple times and how much they have received. Please help us by accepting all your sanitiser in one transaction.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept most payment types. Due to the current situation, we prefer card, but will also accept cash.
What sort of containers

- Tubs with lids
- Tin cans (5L min)
Just as long as it has an opening larger 8cm, is washed properly and can hold 5L, we can refill it.
Can I bring multiple containers?
Yes. They must all comply with the 5L container minimum and 8cm opening requirements.
How clean do containers need to be?
Please ensure that containers have been emptied, washed and dried. This is to ensure that it is clean for your own sanitiser and others who will also be receiving sanitiser.
We will reject any containers that do not meet hygiene requirements.
Can I get less than 10L?
If you request less, the minimum charge will still be 10L.
Can you deliver?
We do not deliver.
In certain circumstances with vulnerable communities, we may offer to organise a special delivery. This will be charged at an extra cost. Please contact us if you think this applies to you.
Can I get intervals of 12L or 17L?
We charge in 5L intervals. The amounts are 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L and 30L. This makes it easy for us to dispense the right amount into your container.
